Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change, and we aim to make our cancellation process straightforward while ensuring fairness for both our customers and our team. Please review the following policy carefully:
1. Cancellation Terms: Customers may cancel their service plan at any time by providing a minimum of 14 days’ written notice via email to office@mauerhanplumbing.com. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to ensure proper documentation and processing. 2. Cancellation Fee: A $50 cancellation fee will apply to all service plan cancellations. This fee will be automatically processed to the credit card on file at the time of cancellation. 3. Non-Refundable Plans: Prepaid plans (those paid in full upfront) are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation date. Auto-renewed plans are also non-refundable, whether paid monthly, quarterly, or annually. 4. Effective Date of Cancellation: The cancellation will take effect 14 days after the written notice is received. Services will continue during this notice period unless otherwise requested. 5. Missed Payments or Failed Charges: If a scheduled payment is declined or not received, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the service plan without further notice. Any remaining balance, including the $50 cancellation fee, will still be due. 6. Exceptions & Discretionary Review: We value our customers and understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you believe you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us in writing. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
